Backed up Wordpress Website 27/09/2025 but showing version from 2019

Hello,

I’ve downloaded Local today after i backed up my Wordpress website using Duplicator pro.

I’ve successfully installed and set it up locally on my PC but instead of showing the website at todays date it shows it in its 2019 state?

Is there something that i am missing that is making it the 2019 website? I’ve tried multiple export files of the website but it still shows at 2019.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :slight_smile:

Hey @jamie! Sometimes this happens if there are older backup files stored within the site files. Do you have any older Duplicator backups or other plugin backups in there? You might try opening up the backup and removing any of those, and then zipping back up to the contents to import. Or you can just import the WP-Content and SQL manually as well:
