Can't install theme

hi

just started a new website from scratch.
installed new wordpress locally with local and then added the new theme directory in my wp-content/themes directory
impossible to see the new theme locally in admin mode, worst, only one theme is offered, seventeen.

there is something i don’t get…

Can you paste the theme’s headers here. Also, is it a child theme, if so, is the parent theme present?

I think it’s a CURL error. I got the same error, it just failed.
