I’m not familiar with any ways to “scrape” that but I’d agree anything you’re able to recover is better than nothing.
You’re correct both of those would be manual backup methods. You can also use our Cloud Backups add on as well. Cloud Backups
I did a search for a few keywords from my site and nothing came up. Seems like all the content is in the SQL database.
