I am loving Local by Flywheel. However, it’s an extremely bad idea to start the application while you’re connected to the internet and your SQL user and password are set to “root.” How does one change the SQL password?
aha! it appears what i was looking for was in app/public and is called local-adminer-XXXXX.php. i changed the second mention of “root.”

Everything is Local is isolated from inbound internet connections unless you explicitly configure it to be open with port forwarding, tunneling, etc.
