CSS customisations not propagating to production environment

I’m encountering a bug whereby CSS customisation created manually in the Wordpress backend on the local/staging environment are seemingly not propagating to production.

Although my local WP seems to be working fine, as it’s an unusual OS, I should mention that I’m running Fedora Workstation 40.

After you push/migrate to production do they appear after clearing server/plugin/theme cache? Do you use any builders like Divi, Elementor, Astra, Oxygen, Beaver Builder, etc?
