I don’t have a site with Astra handy to test, but one thing I know is that their changes can be sticky. Do you find any changes after flushing caches? Astra also has it’s own CSS Regeneration option for clearing it’s theme cache.
Additionally if you look in your Dev Console do you see any errors? Sometimes that can also be telling.
