What issue or error are you experiencing?

I installed and uninstalled Local multiple times, always yielding the same result.

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Is this for any site you try and use in Local or are you trying to import a specific site that’s having this issue?

If you create a new, blank site and choose Custom instead of Preferred and use a lower PHP version does that work? Something like 7.4 or 8.0.

So far so good. I have followed your advice by using PHP 8.0 and managed to install the theme and plugin I wanted.
