'Error establishing a database connection'

I’ve been using Local by Flywheel for a couple of months now and so far everything has gone super smooth. Today this popped up… ‘Error establishing a database connection’ when I try to view my site. I’ve tried restarting to no avail and I’m starting to think it might be something more sinister. Can anybody advise? I’ve included my log file for reference (none of it makes sense to me!)

Edit: on closing the Local by Flywheel app I now also get this error message…

I’ve resolved this issue by toggling the ‘Faster Docker Volumes’ button under Preferences > Advanced.
