Errors with MailPit and AdminNeo since updating to Apple Silicon version

I have updated to the Apple Silicon version of Local, as well as updating to macOS 26, but I have the following issues:

  1. MailPit not working

At first it would not launch at all, but I followed the steps outlined here to fix and now I can see MailPit but when I try to send emails from the WordPress website it fails. Here is a message it shows on the login / forgot password screen:

Error: The email could not be sent. Your site may not be correctly configured to send emails.

  1. AdminNeo is not launching

If I try to launch AdminNeo, it simply does not launch. The button does nothing.

Please help!

Nevermind, I re-created the site and now it works.
