(fixed) Just installed, unable to open admin or view site locally

First time user. Installed version 2.06 to windows 10 machine. now I just get this error
Should I be using a different url to access the site? other pics of the setup below.
Thanks for any help. Thought this would be easier than using Wamp.

It seems to work on chrome not edge browser but when i try and upload theme it times out and I get this

Voila, fixed, yes I was using Opera Browser. Thanks for your help.
