Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

It’s hard to say what exactly is going on without more details.

Does this happen for all sites or just this one site? Also, are things fixed if you upgrade to a newer version of Local. You can check for new updates by either clicking the “Menu > Check for Updates” or by downloading and manually installing the latest version from the website:

If you still have issues after upgrading, can provide the Local Logs? You can get a zip of those logs by clicking the “Download Local Log” button from the “Support” tab of Local. See this help doc for more information:
