Help, please! I can't create my wordpress site

I’ve got a big problem with the creation of my worpress site.
As you see on the file (see the link), when I’m on the localhost in preferences option, I’ve got a problem with the SSL and if I swing to site domains, I’ve got a problem with my local’s router.
Result : I can’t open my wordpress site.
I don’t absolutely know how to fix this problem.
Please can you help me because I really need to this application to follow my training course.

  1. Are you able to create a brand new site with default settings in Local?

  2. Is this a site you imported into Local?

  3. What version of Local are you using?
