How to Access File Logs

I’m having a continuing problem with getting local to reopen a site once I’ve stopped it. When I stop the site, after it won’t open the local environment I get this error

Uh-oh! MySQL was unavailable when Local tried to back up gardenhelper’s database. Please check the local-by-flywheel.log file for more details.

When I looked for info on how to open my file log it told me to click on the site in the window and then click the “advanced” tab on the dashboard. I don’t see anything like that. I only saw the Advanced tab when I set the site up.

Can someone help me access my file log?

Got it figured out. A friend helped me out.

Glad you got it sorted.

In case anyone else stumbles upon this thread and needs to find the local-by-flywheel.log file, see How do I retrieve Local's log file?

If you need the error.log or access.log for a particular site in Local, you can find them under the site’s logs directory right next to the site’s app folder.
