How to transfer my local site to my subdomain

There are lots of articles on Google about how to set up a new WordPress site in a subdomain of the old existing site, but now that I have been working on the new site with FlyWheel locally on my computer I don’t know how to transfer the new site to my new subdomain so my client can view it. Suggestions, recommendations?

Hi @valerie,

There are two easy ways to show your site in Local to your client:

1. Live Links

Live Links are a neat feature in Local that makes it possible for your client to access the site on your computer. Simply click “Enable” at the bottom of the site panel in Local and then give the link to your client.

Please note, you will need to leave your computer running (and Local) for the Live Link to remain active.

2. Connect to Flywheel

If you want a more permanent way of sharing the site, Connect to Flywheel makes it easy to Push your Local site up to Flywheel.
