Hello. I have updated my local and all the sites that I had downloaded are no longer in my location. And they all appear to me to download them again, however in my local sites file there are the sites folders. Is there a way to configure it to come back? I reinstalled the previous version and it didn’t work.

Can you try restoring the sites to a new ones in Local? You can use a backup of the site, or try using the files for the site by following the steps outlined in the “Restoring From Only Local Site files” section of this help doc:
Right now, Local doesn’t have a way to auto re-scan the ~/Local Sites folder and import those sites.
