Bug Summary: When I either clone or blueprint site I get the same problem when trying to open new site: Invalid User Action

Environment Info: IMAC - Catalina 10.15.7 - Apache PHP same Mysql same

Updated Catalina last night. I can still create a new site I just can’t copy.
