Like many other Windows users I don’t really want all this Docker stuff in my c:\users dir. I think I may have found a solution here. I haven’t tried it (yet). Maybe the devs at Local could have a look at it

This is similar to what we already do for the Mac version but it didn’t make it into the Windows beta.
If anyone wants to try this on Windows feel free. Make sure you back up your sites before trying though
