Just upgraded, getting php error with new site

Just upgraded to v5.9.0+4961. Getting the following error that I never received before, stopping me from moving forward with the site:

dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/local/opt/openssl/lib/libcrypto.1.0.0.dylib

I also just upgraded my Mac to Catalina.

Anyone experience this???

Should have mentioned this happened after creating multiple new sites. Pre-existing sites seem to be OK.

Never mind, wasn’t using the right shell.
