Live Link disables

Hi, I’m using Flywheel local v 1.41.1
When I add a sit, i usually go into Utilities to enable live link.
When I return to the flywheel app, and go back into Utilities for that site, I see that Live Link is no longer enabled. When I re-enable, it generates a new URL. Is this normal? Is the original URL still active and operational?
