Local cannot be installed

Issue Summary

I have dl Local but can’t install the program. It don’t open to install. I have tried to run as administrator, but no effect.
I am using Windows 10

local-6.4.2
Windows 10 Home

Can you possibly share a screenshot?

Do you have any antivirus software that could be preventing Local from being installed?
