Same problem, and my “Read Only” in “Properties”'s hosts is already unchecked.

Please make sure you don’t have any anti-virus, anti-malware, firewall, or internet security suite blocking writes to your hosts file.

I desabled all my protection(kaspersky), it works. And when I clicked on
"ADMIN" the browser did not find.
