Local Window doesn't open on screen

After install of local on Windows and click to open the applications just flashes on the screen then disappears.

Shows icon at bottom of the screen as if it is open but no window for the flywheel. it flashes like it is opening off-screen. I have two monitors set-up.

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?

System Details

  • Which version of Local is being used?

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?

    • For example: macOS Catalina or Windows 10 Professional
