Local's router is having trouble starting

I am new to local, or rather I have already used the application and everything worked well, but then having a malfunction after reinstalling it no longer worked.Now after reinstalling version 5.4.2 on Windows

I have the following error :frowning: Uh-oh! Could not update hosts file. Local ran in an EPERM error when trying to update the hosts file. Please ensurethat the hosts file is notset to read -only and / or locked by anti virus.) I tried to exclude the 'antivirus and exclude read only but without result. Yet before it worked very well. You can help me solve this, thanks.
