Hello. I have just changed computer (from a mac to another mac), and then when I logged into my local at the new mac, was there no sites (it was the same login as I have 2 sites on). Is there anything to do?

Simply downloading Local and logging in on another machine won’t show your sites I’m afraid. They will have to be manually exported/imported to the new machine. You can go about that in a few different ways whatever is most suitable to you. Here are some examples:
- Backing the sites up with Cloud Backups and then pulling them down to the new machine
- Exporting the zips from Local and then importing those zips over on the new machine
- Using a plugin like WP Migrate to move the sites
