Mailhog intercepting emails only on some sites

mailhog intercepts emails only on some sites.
" The new address will not become active until confirmed. There is a pending change of the admin email to xyz@xyz.com

  • All sites have a similar environment, yet some of them do intercept the email, and some of them do not

  • On some of them when I change the email and go to mailhog the email will be there and on some of them is just an empty mailbox.

  • I am not sure how can I troubleshoot that.
