New install - unable to provision site

Unable to provision site

Hi,
I just installed local. Can’t create a new site “unable to provision…” There are no special characters in my user name.

Local version 5.9.7+5156
Windows 10 Pro
Turned off firewall of Mcafee (maybe I should turn off defender?)

update: MS visual C++ 2015-19 (X86) was not installed. (X64) was, but not (X86)
Now working.
