Unable to create a website

Hi everyone! May someone help me with this? I cannot create my new WordPress Website, I already tried disabling Firewall, but It gives me the following error:

@hildaalcalah If this is the first site that you’re trying to create with a new Local install, you may be impacted by a known bug on Windows related to extended characters in your Windows username (the last character), and thus in the path to your Local sites.
