Now unable to create any new sites on local, Win10

Issue Summary

Unable to create any new sites in local, always failing when it gets to downloading WordPress. Log of error entry below.

Troubleshooting Questions

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
    All new sites.

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
    No

Replication

Click Plus icon to create new site, use all defaults, errors out. Also errors when trying different versions of PHP, Web Server and SQL.

    Win10 64 bit.

For closure - I had to completely uninstall and delete the WP Local install, and then re-install it. No idea why the application failed to that extent?
