Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Hi @AlanMWD

The common culprits for this type of thing are usually a connection or security issue. So a good starting point would be these:

  • Check your connection. Ensure it’s strong and not throttled, if using a VPN try it off/on, or try using an alternative connection if you can.

  • Sometimes, firewall or security software can block cURL requests. Check if any security software on your computer is blocking the connection and, if so, configure it to allow the connection.

Thanks Nick. I’ll give it a go.
