Hello! If you’d just like to share the site so they can view it and approve changes you can utilize the Live Links feature: Live Links - Local
If you’re looking for a way to share the development of a site, you would have to export the site and share the zip file with them. Or on Flywheel, you could set up a demo or Staging site you could push and pull from. So you would make your changes, push it to Flywheel, and then your partner could pull that copy down.
