I make even a small change like changing text and I try to save, but it never completes the save and I have to force quit the browser.
I am on a 2020 MacBook Pro, OS Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81)

I thought the issue was Chrome so I started using in Safari, which was OK for a bit and then it started again so I tried in Edge, and the first change I made in Edge - button border colour - it hung the first time, so it is obviously not a browser issue.
