working fine earlier, I erased everything. uninstalled local, zipped my site. reinstalled same problem. just comes up as a blank white page. please help I need to finish this project and others.

first it is a opcache.file problem now it is a host file problem. turned off every firewall i could think of and still cannot get sites to show up.
