SSL operation failed with code 1

The certificate works, but I am still struggling with this error:

Warning: getimagesize(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages:
error:1416F086:SSL routines:tls_process_server_certificate:certificate verify failed

This happens for all sites in Local, with any server (nginx, Apache) and recent php version (7.4 and 8.19)

Local 6.6.0 on macOS Monterey

No track of this issue found in the log file

Thank you Nick for the tips.
Unfortunately none of those helped me to solve to problem.
I tried to update the php 7.4.30 and 8.0.22 following this post How can I manually update downloadable Lightning Services? but nothing changed, still issues with getimagesize()
