Suddenly failing to create new account

Have been using local.flywheel with great success - thank you!
However, today I go to create a new account and the wordpress installation fails!
All files are there and host file has been updated, however, the config file is blank.
Tried several times and each time it failed

Running latest version on iMac with High Seria 1.13.6
Help!

I think I have resolved this problem by reinstalling flywheel
