Support Warp as a Terminal app

Making Warp a pickable option would be great.

I did see this thread for Windows and it seems to basically work for Warp as well:

I’ve got a simple workaround. Here’s what I did: Run SSH once via the menu, then look for the .bat file in C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Roaming\Local by Flywheel\ssh-entry. Note: I couldn’t find the ssh-entry folder until I ran SSH once first via the menu. [2019-06-25_15h42_34] Make another .bat file somewhere in your PATH that runs this .bat file. I was able to run my .sh script in Warp and worked as expected. So I guess i you needed to get to the terminal you could add some aliases in your profile that first moves you to the public folder and then runs the correct .sh script to setup the environment??

any others been able to do a work around?
