It would be great if mime-types.conf.hbs could include application/wasm wasm; by default.
Same for mime.types for Apache of course.
Thank you for your feature request @swissspidy! Could you provide some more detail around the benefits this could provide for your workflow?
Well this would me allow to use any WordPress plugin or theme that uses wasm files, as the files are need to be served with the correct mime type. Eventually core itself might also contain such files, so this would ensure compatibility.
Wasm is used for all sorts of things in the brieser, like AI integrations for example.
