Seems a bit harsh to me. I wanted to thank the person that solved my problem. I was able to click that it solved the problem & the heart, but my attempt to provide more information was blocked.

We love that you wanted to keep the conversation going! We have had that auto-close setting in place once a solution is marked, but will take a look at increasing the amount of time before it automatically closes a thread for users. We appreciate the feedback!
