Cannot create one single site. Always get an error message. See attached error.
Please close this item since I was now able to find the issue… my family name has an ACCENT in it so the folder where this was being installed also had this accent, and since there is currently a bug in LOCAL which cannot handle these special characters such as accents, I was getting this error.
Connected with a user that had NO SPECIAL CHARACTERS, and it worked immediately; also had to remove the READ-ONLY flag on my HOSTS file, then all was good.
