Unable to import site from zip file

Issue Summary

I recently had to completely reset my harddrive. Before I did that I copied all my sites to an external and then compressed each site into a zip file. When I drag the zip file into Local it begins to import, but eventually fails with the following error:

Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, realpath… cannot actually read the entire path
