This error is sort of generic and doesn’t always necessarily point to the same culprit.
Are you still using Local 5.10? We are currently up 8.0.1. As a first step I’d recommend updating to the latest release. We introduced some breaking changes around 6.4 so you’ll have to update manually by downloading from our releases page here:
