Unable to open db AdminNeo for mac

I have updated my local version to 9.2.8+6882. After that, I am not able to access the database by clicking on AdminNeo.

Does your site start, @wachaitanya? What happens when you click the AdminNeo button?

Nothing happen when click on AdminNeo button. Please find log i have shared.

If you create a new, blank site in Local are you able to access the database on that install?

What is your OS/OS version?

Yes i have tried with new site also but facing still not able to access database.

MacOs sequoia v15.7.1
WP Local - Version 9.2.8+6882

Hi @wachaitanya! So you said this started happening after upgrading. Was it working normally before then? Have you tried to downgrade back to your previous version and see if it starts back up again?

Or you could try doing a full refresh if you don’t have many sites. The steps would look like this:

  • Export any sites that you have on Local and save them to a folder somewhere on your computer: Backup a Local Site - Local

  • Fully uninstall Local from your computer with your OS specific steps here: Uninstall Local - Local

  • Install the latest version of Local on this link: Releases - Local

  • Once installed, please restart the computer.

  • When the computer is restarted and turned on, close any applications that automatically run in the background (AntiVirus, Firewall, and other Developer applications included).

  • Check and see if the issue still persists. If so, please provide us with an updated log: Retrieve Local’s Log File - Local
