I imported a backup of my site via drag and drop, selected preferred environment, and once it was done I have the error bar at the top.

Chances are you don’t have a host entry in the HOSTS file in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc such as:

192.168.95.100 mysite.local #Local Site
