Hi @jlgold2th Have you checked for any other antivirus, security, or firewall applications that could be blocking Local? Are you running other developer applications simultaneously? That could also cause similar issues. Apps like MAMP, XAMPP, or Docker for example.

I apologize for the late reply. I made sure that I don’t have any other developer applications running, however I’m still running into the same issue. What settings should I be on the lookout for as far as antivirus, security, or firewall applications?

Are you using an Admin user account? Is this a work machine with any kind of additional security features?

Yes, I’m using an admin account on my personal computer. I use WebRoot and Windows Defender.

UPDATE! It is working after I turned off all protection from Webroot. Any idea what settings I need to update so that I can still be protected by Webroot? Also, it still works with Windows Firewall activated.

You might have to check out some of these threads or see if they have any documentation on how to “allow” …
