My Wordpress in LocalWP installation do not shows the default Wordpress themes. Can help me to discover the problem? I didn’t had this problem with Windows 7.

Did this happen when you created a brand new site?
Can you take a screenshot of what you see when you head to Appearance > Themes from your WordPress dashboard?
You can also add any of the default WordPress themes via “Add New” from that same screen and searching for the theme of choice or just scrolling through the gallery (see screenshot):
