I have already tried to reinstall everything by deleting the files previously created in the various folders used by Local and I also tried to suspend my antivirus and use the Windows one by giving permissions with Windows Defender Firewall to Local.
Install the latest version of Local on this link. - Try right-clicking the installer and “Run as administrator” just to make sure that installer can get everything it needs in place without permissions issues.
Once installed, please restart the computer.
When the computer is restarted and turned on, close any applications that automatically run in the background. Make sure that any antivirus, security, or firewall applications are not blocking Local.
