It looks like I’m not able to play the video fully – possibly because of some permission settings where the video is uploaded to.
In general, when I encounter Elementor image issues over Live Links, it’s due to the images being written to CSS files which Local’s Live Links can’t adjust on-the-fly. You might look to see if adjusting some of the Elementor settings help. This comment goes into detail:
