2.4.1, updating preferred environment fails

Local 2.4.1

When I try to upgrade the preferred environment from 1.1.0 to 1.3.1 (using clone) on a multisite it fails with the following error message:

Local 2.4.2 with Preferred 1.3.2 is now available. You can download it here: Local by Flywheel 2.4.2

Could you update to Local 2.4.2 and let us know if the issue persists.

Same issues with 2.4.2 as 2.4.1

Wordpress installation failed when adding a new site.
Error establishing a database connection when viewing a previously working site.

Sorry, but no cigar. I get the following when I try to open the new cloned site:
