500 SERVER ERROR - When trying to upload profile picture

Issue Summary

When I try to “Upload new picture” in my hub.local.wp.com/account, I get a 500 Server Error. I’ve tried 12 hours later and am still getting the 500 error.

Troubleshooting Questions

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
    N/A

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
    N/A

Replication

It happens on the website hub which is accessed from the localWP app > user icon > My Account > website hub login > Account > Upload new picture.

The screenshot shows what pops up after trying to upload a new picture:

System Details

  • Which version of Local is being used?
    Version 5.10.5+5403

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?
    MacOS Catalina version 10.15.7 with Google Chrome version 90.0.4430.212

  • Attach the Local Log. See this Community Forum post for instructions on how to do so:
    N/A since the problem is on the hub.localwp.com server.

Thanks for letting us know about this issue! It looks like this is a bug with Hub at the moment, but the Local team will be taking a closer look soon!
