502 BAD GATEWAY first launch

Hello

Thanks for your help firstly.
I just installed LOCAL WP on MacOS 10.14 and I’m trying to access my admin panel website for the first time, I get the 502 Bad Gateway error (nginx/1.16.0).
When I refresh, nothing happens…I managed to get the admin panel but I can’t click on the Theme tab and upload a theme, I still get each time this 502 Bad Gateway error…

Could you please help me ?
