Add Blackfire support

Blackfire.io: Continuous Performance Testing

Is a great tool for profiling PHP applications and my team uses this to make performance improvements that we would be hard pressed to do otherwise. Having that ability to utilize Blackfire with Local would be huge. Unfortunately it is not something that average developer can do with Local because it requires installing a custom PHP extension.
